Deep Tissue Massage

A deep tissue massage is a specific type of massage that works on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia.
They are used to target specific points of tension within the muscles and help to break down scar tissue and knots that have accumulated over years.
Deep tissue massage has been proven to significantly reduce chronic lower back pain compared with a more gentle therapeutic massage. There is also evidence to support its use in the treatment of arthritis pain and stiffness and can promote healing by increasing the blood flow to the muscles.
Sports Massage

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage uses a much lighter touch than a deep tissue massage.
The lymphatic system helps to remove waste and toxins from body tissues. If the lymphatic system is not working properly, parts of the body start to swell.
A lymphatic massage carried out by a qualified professional can help move fluid from the swollen areas into working lymph nodes.
Pregnancy Massage
Some of the known benefits include lowered anxiety; decreased back and leg pain; improved sleep and overall improvement in mood.
During the treatment, special pillows and bolsters will be used to allow women to lie in a suitable position during the massage.
A deep tissue massage is most commonly used on pregnant women rather than a sports massage, but those who carry a lot of tension in their shoulders may prefer the more targeted approach of a sports massage.
